Japan is just another market?
Quite a few companies in the West think Japan is just another market. Products will sell with the same success in Japan as they do anywhere else in the world. "So, why changing marketing?" This might be right if your product is absolutely unique. However, in most cases you'll reach sales targets in Japan if you can stimulate the Japanese buying impulse with a catching campaign.
