Enjoy the “Kawaii” (cute) experiences with the cute and popular Japanese cat Hello Kitty as it opens its own indoor amusement facility called “Hello Kitty’s Kawaii Paradise.” The amusement park opened in Tokyo on Friday, October 22, 2010. PleasureCast Co, a subsidiary of Namco Ltd, opened the theme park on the 1st floor of Venus Fort commercial complex located in the Odaiba waterfront area, Tokyo. The facility  expects 700,000 visitors within the first fiscal year.

The Hello Kitty theme park consists of three different areas: the Attraction area, the Dining area, and the Shopping area. In its featured restaurant you can order Hello Kitty pancakes and anything else that melts your teeth away by just looking at it. The gift shop offers one of the biggest assortments on everything Kitty.

And as if that wouldn't be already christmas and birthday in one for every little girl - as well as those who stayed young at heart - its theatre features a multilingual show projecting an animated Hello Kitty program onto the ceiling. The theatre works like a planetarium projecting "constellations" in the shape of Sanrio characters. The show is available in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese and Englis  “Hello Kitty Venus,” will be the symbolic character of the facility that targets all Asian tourists.
